At a glance
- Program model
- Charter brokerage with optional subscription memberships and a separately described Elite Pass master-service-agreement offering. Former JetMembership.com users now use the Luxury Aircraft Solutions brand.
- Commitment
- Voyager: $4.99 monthly, no setup fee. Passport: $499 setup plus $299 monthly, with a 12-month initial term in published membership terms. Charter can be booked without membership.
- Pricing
- Flights are paid separately. Elite Pass describes live trip quotes, while subscriptions provide tier-specific access and benefits; request the exact current product proposal.
- Aircraft
- Broker-arranged aircraft from third-party operators. Confirm the specific aircraft, operator, cabin and baggage capacity for every trip.
- Service area
- US and international charter are advertised; verify the aircraft and operating permissions for each route. Empty-leg listings are route- and date-specific.
- Notice & peak travel
- No universal booking guarantee was established in the reviewed materials. Empty-leg access does not ensure a usable itinerary or return flight.
- Changes, expiry & refunds
- Published Voyager terms permit cancellation at any time. Passport has annual auto-renewal and liability for the initial year’s monthly payments; flight cancellation is a separate matter.
- Other costs to check
- Subscription and setup fees, trip charges, payment method costs, cancellation penalties and the costs of positioning or arranging a return flight.
- Enrollment & availability
- Current site accepts charter and membership inquiries. Clarify how the Elite Pass offer relates to the separate Elite subscription language in published terms.
Contact the provider directly for its current program proposal.
JetMembership.com has moved under Luxury Aircraft Solutions. The official transition page directs former visitors to the parent brand. Use its current offers and agreement when comparing membership, rather than relying on older JetMembership pricing found elsewhere.
A subscription does not buy flight hours
The membership overview includes free access and paid tiers. Voyager focuses on tools and empty-leg discovery. Passport adds another paid membership option. In either case, distinguish the subscription payment from the price of an aircraft charter.
That distinction changes the comparison with a jet card. Estimate annual subscription cost first, then add representative flights. Ask for the same itineraries with and without membership, including every charge, to see whether the benefits are useful for your actual pattern of travel.
Monthly billing can carry an annual term
The published terms let Voyager members cancel at any time, but Passport starts with a year-long obligation and renews annually unless canceled. Ask when notice takes effect and whether any remaining monthly payments are still due. Monthly collection does not by itself establish month-to-month flexibility.
The site also describes Elite Pass as a master-service-agreement approach with live trip pricing. Published membership terms separately refer to an Elite subscription. Have the provider identify the exact product and controlling agreement so that those names do not lead to an incorrect fee assumption.
Evaluate empty legs as a separate use case
Voyager's empty-leg focus may be relevant when you can adapt your destination or schedule. It is a different planning problem from a fixed-date trip. Before paying for a listing, confirm the airport, operating date, passenger capacity and what happens if the underlying aircraft movement changes.
Also price the return journey. A useful one-way opportunity can still lead to a costly overall itinerary when the other direction needs a full charter. Include ground transfers and alternative travel arrangements in the comparison.
Questions before joining
- Which benefits require the paid tier, and what do nonmembers receive?
- What is the total first-year membership cost?
- How do I prevent automatic renewal?
- Are flight quotes subject to separate operator cancellation terms?
- Which agreement governs the specific offer I am considering?
Use the card-versus-charter framework to compare the full travel plan rather than the subscription fee alone.
